First thing first , How to install a Theme on the Samsung wave?

Well , you have to have a theme , a ".smt" file , do not open this file , and do not try to modify it , you wont be able to, I know ... I tried . You can find ".smt" file on the Internet , and of course on this Blog (read the other articles). Please Note that I can and will make free themes on demand.

Step 1: Sending your theme to your phone.


There are many ways to do this , but the simplest is using the cable:

Connect the cable to your Wave then to your computer. A pop up appears , select Mass storage and push select.

If you don't see a screen were it is written "connected", then that means that you still have applications running.

to close them hold the home button (the diamond at the bottom of your screen) for about five seconds , here you will see all the application that running on your phone. 

Using the red circles , close all your applications EXCEPT , widgets (it will end your your widgets and put them back in the tray)

Then push the hang-up button (next to the home button , on the right).

Now you are connected , move to your computer.

Your computer will say that a new USB device is plugged in , go into it , this is your phone.

Drop your ".smt" file in the folder named "themes" , close and unplug your phone.

Step 2 : Installing your theme.

Back on your phone , press the home button and go to "My files"

You guessed it , go to the to the "themes" folder and open it.

Select your theme.

And Press "Set".

Wait and you are done.

Step3 : Hint! Personal background on a theme.

Go to [ Home / Settings / Display and Light ]

The First from top to bottom is named Wallpaper. Select that and find the wallpaper you want.
